What to Expect

Everything you need to know before your first class

What to Wear

Comfortable clothes they can move in. Leggings/joggers and t-shirt are perfect. Shoes & Socks off for gymnasts and shoes off for Guardians/Spectators.

Arrival Time

Arrive 5 mins early for your first class. This gives time to settle in and use the toilet. Late arrivals may miss warm-up!

Parking

Free parking at both venues. Please be aware when parking at The Hamble Sports Complex, as you will need to enter your vehicle registration upon arrival to avoid a Penalty Fine.

First Class Nerves

Totally normal! Our coaches are experienced with shy children. Parents stay for Under 2's and 2's classes. Most children settle by the second session!

We welcome babies from as soon as they're crawling! Our Under 2's classes are designed for babies and toddlers, with parents/carers participating alongside their little ones.
