Meet the Coaches

Sarah
Pre-School Manager/Head Coach
Sarah primarily was a Squad gymnast travelling around the world including Russia where she trained at the Twin Club Moscow Dynamo. Sarah has been coaching for 20 years within the county and has expanded the programme into the local communities to ensure the programme can be accessed by all families without
transport. Pre school gymnastics provides a safe environment for children to explore fundamental movement in a fun space, with specific apparatus. I believe the programme contributes to developing robust confident children with the ability to confront new challenges” said Sarah.

Syd
Coach
I started gymnastics at the age of 4, where I was picked to join the squad where I became an elite gymnast competing in regional, national and even international competitions. I started volunteering for gymtots from a young age and got more involved with coaching after stopping gymnastics myself. As an ex gymnast I know how fun and exciting it is to be taught new skills and I want to give the same opportunity I had to all of our gymtots.

Sam
Coach
I started gymnastics from a young age and fell in love with the sport instantly. Coaching was always something I've wanted to do as I wanted to help provide everyone with the same experience as myself. I started coaching in 2017 coaching ages 4 and above, all with different abilities and more recently Gymtots. I am really enjoying coaching Gymtots and I hope to continue providing joy and happiness to all the amazing gymnasts.
